Foundational to our work, is our lived value:  'NAMWAYUT.

In the Kwakwala language, Namwayut means

"We Are All One"

This core value is critical in developing the way we treat one another and how we move forward creating meaningful relationships.  We believe teams, and organizations are far more productive and successful if every person feels valued and safe.   â€‹In addition to understanding Namwayut, we provide your team with a basic understanding of trauma, how it shows up, and why it is important for all of us to know.

Please know, that L2K is doing our best with our booking process.

ABOUT L2K's LOGO

Sisiuł - double headed sea serpent

by Kwin Joseph

In Kwakwaka'wakw culture, the sisiuÅ‚ represents each one of us.  The face at the center is ourselves.  Each end represents the light and the dark we all possess.  Acknowledging both and choosing the light will bring balance to our world.

We chose the sisiuł as a symbol and reminder that we each have light and dark in us, and it's sometimes easier to let darkness overcome, but it's our spirit, heart and love (light) that will bring balance in our world.

LOVE IS ALWAYS THE ANSWER
