LADDERS TO KINDNESS TRAINING

Training for your team or organization through an Indigenous lens.

Created and delivered by Indigenous people

L2K aims to help people in your team/organization have better relationships internally and externally by providing the following training:

  • Lateral Kindness Training

  • Cultural Safety Training

  • Indigenous Awareness Training

  • Reconciliation Training

Foundational to our work, is our lived value:  'NAMWAYUT.

In the Kwakwala language, Namwayut means

"We Are All One"

This core value is critical in developing the way we treat one another and how we move forward creating meaningful relationships.  We believe teams, and organizations are far more productive and successful if every person feels valued and safe.   In addition to understanding Namwayut, we provide your team with a basic understanding of trauma, how it shows up, and why it is important for all of us to know.

Please know, that L2K is doing our best to Indigenize our booking process.
